We want to make you aware of an ongoing issue affecting your patient arrival system.
On Thursday 4th December, EMIS stopped allowing connections from older versions of the EM_PACC.dll. We have since been advised of this, however a manual change is required for each touchscreen affected.
This change is currently impacting your service, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption. As no prior notice was provided to us about this requirement, we were unable to prepare or plan for the change in advance.
We understand that several other third-party suppliers are experiencing the same issue, and we are working closely to process the resolution as quickly as possible.
