Once the patient downloads the app, they will be able to create an Engage account to submit requests or use their existing account. They will also have the option (if their mobile device allows) to have Faceid / Face Recognition enabled upon sign in.



The patient will also be prompted to enable push notifications to receive 2-way messages from the practice. If the patient enables this setting, it will notify the patient of any 2-way messages similar to a text message on the patients lock and home screen.



Once logged in and their settings confirmed, the patient will then be asked to select their practice and will then be taken to the practices patient portal where they can submit requests and access the self information available on this page.
