We have now introduced the Engage Arrive feature for our engage Consult users. This allows patients to check in for their appointments online or through the Engage App.
You will initially need to have the Engage Agent installed to connect to your relevant clinical system. This can be downloaded here:
Install for single user:

Install for all users (will require admin rights):
https://download.engage.gp/engage-agent/EngageAgentSetup_DeploymentTool.msi
Once downloaded, the agent will ask for for the practice ODS code. Once set you will be able to confirm the settings in the management console.
