Once you have downloaded the Engage Agent, you will need to confirm the settings in the management console of the Engage Client. In the Clinical System Integration tab on the left hand side, you will be able to configure these settings.



Once the connection is approved, the server/gateway should be prepopulated with you relevant information. If not, you will be able to find the relevant server/gateway information in the clinical settings of the Engage Client (Tools in the top right corner and then settings)



For EMIS users, you will need to create a dedicated account on the clinical system for Engage Arrive.
