To enable Push notifications for the Engage Consult App, you can do the following
Go into Settings for the device (found where ALL your Apps are displayed)
- Find Notifications in the list
- Choose App notifications
Scroll down the list (usually it will be sorted alphabetically) until you find Engage Consult.
Press the grey slider shown on the Engage Consult line, so it changes from Grey to Blue
(In the screenshot below, Engage Consult notifications are currently disabled, as indicated by the slider on the right being Grey)
Notifications are now enabled for Engage Consult and you can use the back arrow in the top left corner to exit out of the menus or use your phone/tablet back button to exit out
