7-Day Blood Pressure Questionnaire
You can now send your patients a questionnaire that will allow them to submit blood pressure readings taken over 7 consecutive days. Included will be a video giving guidance on obtaining a blood pressure reading at home.
Engage Client Update: 'Send to Clinical' Always Available
We have updated the Engage Desktop Client to ensure that users can always select the option to send to clinical, even when there is no active connection to a clinical system or when accessing from a browser.
Users with access to Advanced Settings can now find the option to add a user account in Clinical System Integration section in the Management Console. This account will be used for attaching requests raised in the browser or when no clinical connection is available.
Remove Request from the Unattached Group
When viewing the unattached requests group, users now have the option to remove a request to prevent it from being attached. This feature is useful if a request has already been manually attached to a patient's record, such as when a PDF has been downloaded and attached separately.
