Allocation of appointments
You can now allocate an appointment when responding to patient requests.
Filter by clinician, appointment type, and date to find an available appointment.
Please note that patients' ability to cancel the appointment will be coming in a future release.

Engage Call
News ticker
Organisations using our Engage Call app on their waiting room TVs can now add information messages which will display in news ticker running across the bottom of the screen:
For each information message, you will have the option of setting an expiry date.
Calling patients in via EMIS Web
For EMIS Web users you can now call a patient straight from the clinical system! So you now have the choice whether to use the toolbar or not.
Bugs
The following bugs have been resolved in this update
- Spelling suggestions should now appear again within Engage Consult.
- Guest requests arriving in the client as "Sharing denied" despite Privacy settings being allowed.
- Build your own Questionnaire losing DescriptionID for Vision when editing the form.
- SystmOne failing to arrive appointment at random, despite finding the appointment.
- Engage Call not displaying Success message after calling in a patient.
