The Engage Call app for Android TV can play NHS information videos from the NHS Youtube channel when it's not calling in patients.


You can enable the media and chose which videos to play on the Engage Client Management Console.


In the Management Console, first click "Patient Call" to access the patient call settings



In the drop down menu, then click "Waiting Room TV" to open the general TV settings, from here you can toggle the media on and off, as well as enabling/disabling audio.


(Note: if you enable media sound, but cannot hear anything on the TV, check the TV's settings and volume)



Choosing what media to play


You can chose which videos play on your screen from the "Media" page, you can access this by licking the "select media" link on the "Waiting Room TV" page, or by clicking "Media" from the side bar.



From this page you can enable or videos by simply clicking the box by each video, when you're finished making your selections, just click "Save" to send the changes to the screen, which should update straight away.


(Note: when first setting up your screen, or adding more media, the screen will need to download the videos so may take a few minuets depending on your local internet speed)
