Managing your Call Screen via the Engage Client Management Console.
All setting for the Engage Call app on your TV can be managed from the Engage Client Management Console, for guidance on accessing the console, see our guide here
Waiting Room TV Settings
The waiting room TV settings page, under "Patient Call" in the management console will allow you to configure the screen to best suit your needs.
From here you can
- Enable notification sound when new call message is display - this will enable the "Ding Dong" sound to alert patients when one is called in.
- Announce call Messages - When enabled, the screen will use text-to-voice to call out the name of the patient, and the name or room of the clinician as configured in EMIS/SystmOne.
- Enable Media - When enabled the screen will play a range of NHS information videos that can be selected from the "Media" page, or via the link "Select Media" For more details see our full guide on Media here
- Play sound if available - if enabled the Media will play with sound where available.
When making any changes, remember to press "Save" to send those changes to the screen.
