Appointment reminders
We're pleased to announce that we can now offer appointment reminders to our customers using Vision REST.
Automatically send SMS reminders (to patients who have consented to receive SMS) on the specified days before their appointment.
Patients are offered the opportunity to cancel the appointment should it no longer be necessary, freeing up the appointment and avoiding a DNA.
My Local Surgery
Our online pharmacy provider, My Local Surgery now offers an emergency contraceptive service.
We've updated the service and information page to let your patients know.
As before, should your patients submit a medical consultation, or admin query, you can refer them to the service by adding a pharmacy booking link when messaging the patient.
Bug fixes
We've also fixed a couple of bugs for good measure...
- For SystmOne customers, an error was preventing some requests with attachments from being recorded to the patient's record
- Patient was unable to submit the request after uploading three files
