Add request for non-registered patient
You can now add requests in the Engage Client for patients who are not currently registered at your practice.

Use the toggle to switch from searching for a patient to adding a patient. Requests are added and can be matched to a patient on your clinical system (if they are registered at a later date).
Record email address
You can optionally record an email address for any patient or their proxy when you add their request in the Engage Client.

Record relationship as 'Other'
When taking a request from an enquirer who is not the patient, you can now record the relationship as 'Other' and enter their relationship if required. This information is displayed in the request that is generated.

Warning if request limit has been reached
Although requests added by staff in the Engage Client do not count towards limits set in Demand Management, you told us that you would like to be notified when those limits are reached. So, we now display a warning. You can, however, continue to add your request if desired.

You can now set up appointment filters, allowing you to select a group of clinicians/clinics with one click when creating booking links.

Bug fixes
- The reset password feature for Engage Consult was wrongly showing for NHS login users (they will be given ability to manage their NHS login account from within Engage Consult in a future release)
