YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO THE MANAGEMENT CONSOLE TO UPDATE THE ORGANISATION MESSAGE TEMPLATES
From the management console, you will be able to add, remove and edit organisation message templates. These templates will be available for all staff members that are part of your organisation and can be used within two-way-messaging and outbound messaging.
When adding a message template you will have a number of options to set. The first being the template name which is self explanatory.
The next point is the message or note. This is the body of the template which will be sent to the patient (can be used when adding notes to a request too). If your response is more than 160 characters then this template can't be used to send an outbound patient message using SMS.
You can add an attachment to the template to be sent (this will only be added from your computer)
You can add a questionnaire to the template. Please not when adding a questionnaire, you will need to click add on the right hand side before saving. See below:
If you chose a group to assign the response too, the template will only be available to use in out
Once you have clicked save it will add it to your organisation message template list.
If you need to delete or edit a message template select the message template. Select delete to remove the message template for the organisation. Or click and edit and select save.
Anyone in your organisation will then be to use the message template and it will show as below. So it will be split into their personal and organisation templates.
