To access the management console, you will need to have the appropriate user credentials. There are two levels of Management Console access, basic and advanced. To check if you have Management Console access, you can click the three horizontal lines in the top right of the home screen:



If you do not have Management Console Access, the option will not appear


After selecting the Management Console option, there will be a list of settings to choose from on the left hand side:



As mentioned above, you may not have access to the advanced settings shown at the bottom of this list depending on your profile set up.

Email Notifications:


This will send a notification to a designated email address when a request arrives. See below:

Advertise Engage Consult:


Your Engage Consult URL is specific to you and your site. The link to your patient portal can be accessed here:



The website popup can be added to your website and customized here:



To enable the popup on your website please place the code at the bottom of this page at the bottom of the html body tag. Your website admin will be able to do this for you.


Confirmation Messages:


Here is where you can set you messaging to patients once they have submitted requests. You will have the option to change the wording of the email the patients receive and change the wording of the on screen message at the end of the request submission screen:


Depending on whether you accept requests out of hours, you will be able have different wording in your emails and on screen message if the patient has submitted a request out of hours.

Patient Preference:


Patient preference allows you to ask the patient if they would like help from a specific person from your practice or from a designated group. Please note, this will not direct the request to that person or group:

Audit Log:


The audit log provides a list of changes made in the management console. This is broken into Event Name which is the category of the change, Detail which is the specific change made, Account which is the user that made the change, and Time which will highlight the date and time of the change.

Engage Client Settings:
