The Engage Arrive Management Console:

Branch settings are managed via the Engage Arrive Management Console, for instructions for accessing the console see our help guide here


Selecting a Location:

Within the Management Console, each screen can be assigned to a specific site or branch, to set this, select the screen from the tabs at the top of the page


On the Touchscreen page you will see the "location" drop down menu, from here you can select the branch the screen is located at 

Once selected, you can set the screen to only allow arrivals for appointments at this location.

Finally just click the "Save" button to save your changes, and the screen will update after the next patient uses it.
